Mike Reilly is the Head of Operations at STR Secrets and Founder of YourBNBProperty, a boutique STR Management and Investment company operating in North Carolina. Mike joined STR Secrets as a student in late 2019 while working at Google LLC. Mike was able to retire his wife and replace his 250k+ per year job thanks to the process STR Secrets gave him. Now he has a passion for serving others and helping them live their life by design through efficiently creating real estate businesses. Without trading time for money.

Chris Petzy is STR Secrets’ Head Coach in the Mastermind. He owns and operates Seacoast Vacation Rentals (73 units), The Bridgewater Inn and Freedom Homes 1834. With 5 years of short-term rental industry experience and 10+ years of growing and scaling business operations, he is known for bringing a people-first, technology-driven perspective to vacation rental management. He resides in Portsmouth, NH with his wife and 2 children and when he’s not scaling businesses, he enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym or getting in a round of golf.

Matt McDonald is a Client Success Manager with a very unique path into the short term rental industry. Matt is related to Michael Sjogren and started about 5 years ago working as the Operation Manager for all of the STR’s within Occupied LLC in Salem Mass. During his time as the Head of Operations he has managed and maintained over 100+ doors including STR’s and 3 boutique hotels all located around the country. Matt is currently still consulting for Michaels portfolio while recently joining the STR Secrets team of experts. Matt resides in Salem MA, with his wife and little girl. When he is not diving deep into revenue management he enjoys spending as much time with his little girl, traveling, golfing and coaching lacrosse for a local High School.

Brittany Drenchko is a Client Success Manager with over six years of hands-on experience in real estate investing across multiple asset classes, including flips, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and small hotels. She is a true jack-of-all-trades, known for her broad knowledge base and ability to connect the dots across underwriting, acquisitions, renovations, and day-to-day operations.
Brittany currently specializes in small hotel investing and operations and has built a diversified real estate portfolio valued at $2.4 million, consisting of two hotels, one long-term rental, and one short-term rental. Her well-rounded background allows her to support investors at every stage, from analyzing deals to executing renovations and optimizing performance.

Darryl Miedico is a nationally known short term rental expert, best-selling author, coach and sales guru who is the founder of StaySpace, a short term rental management and consulting company based in New Hampshire. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Darryl had a very successful career in technology sales. It was the sales and customer service training from this career that helped catapult StaySpace to over $3,000,000 of revenue in 2.5 years. StaySpace has helped create 5-star memories for thousands of guests and currently serves over 40 clients. The most exciting thing about this business for Darryl has been the ability to work closely with his wife, Ashley, who is a professional interior designer and who helps client visions become a reality. Outside of building a world class hospitality business, Darryl enjoys spending time with his son’s, Cooper and Bryce, he loves to fish, is a collegiate football official and holds a private pilot license.

Dave Menapace is passionate about sharing his expertise and experiences with aspiring short-term rental entrepreneurs. With a track record of owning multiple short-term rentals and successfully scaling a vacation rental management company to over 20 properties, he has gained insights and learned lessons that he enjoys passing on to others. His journey also includes becoming a best-selling author, where he has participated with others in sharing our STR journey. Dave’s commitment to the STR Secrets community is a testament to his gratitude for the unwavering support and education he has received from this very mastermind! He believes in giving back to the community that’s played a pivotal role in shaping his journey and continues to fuel his growth. As a coach, Dave is here to inspire, guide, and empower others to achieve their own success in the short-term rental world.

Ryan Leake joined the STR Secrets program at the start of 2024 as a complete beginner. Since then, he has built his company, Host Del Casa, from the ground up, growing it to over 10 properties under management and successfully replacing his previous W2 income in less than 10 months. Based in Austin, TX, Ryan also organizes and hosts the STRategic Investors in-person meetup group, connecting like-minded entrepreneurs in the short-term rental space.
Now working full-time in his business, Ryan is passionate about helping students scale their own real estate ventures, empowering them to live life by design. Through proven strategies and a focus on efficiency, he guides others to create thriving real estate businesses that align with their goals.

Joel Weigle thrives on building businesses and solving complex problems in the short-term rental space. A self-proclaimed data nerd, Joel enjoys diving into the numbers to uncover insights that reveal hidden markets, optimize revenue, improve guest experiences, and drive success. With experience leading multiple syndications and scaling various businesses, Joel brings a wealth of knowledge in revenue management, operations, and strategic growth. Engaging with the STR Secrets community has further fueled Joel’s passion for continuous learning and sharing expertise. Joel is dedicated to helping others leverage data, solve problems, and build thriving short-term rental businesses.

Rashmi Bhat is a serial hospitality entrepreneur – she owns restaurants, a short-term rental and hotel management company and bought her first hotel in 2024. She joined STR Secrets as a student in January of 2023 with 6 units and has scaled her portfolio to include over 200 doors (short-term rentals + hotels) under management, in 5 different states & specializes in efficient operations for companies so you can have your time back. Rashmi coaches in the Boardroom for STR Secrets for hotel operations.

Isaac Oswalt is a finance-driven real estate developer specializing in modular construction, strategic consulting, and impactful community projects like Spillway Lodges and workforce housing developments. With deep expertise in capital allocation and financial modeling, he emphasizes that truly successful real estate balances math with the art of understanding people. Isaac’s projects prioritize profitability, efficiency, and meaningful human experiences

Michael Dinwiddie is a real estate investor, Airbnb Superhost, and leader in hospitality operation who combines short-term rental management experience with a background in product marketing and customer experience design. As the founder of Togethere Vacation Rentals, Michael manages premium short-term rentals and boutique hotels across Washington State, helping owners increase profitability while creating meaningful guest experiences.
He also built Hospitality HQ, an operating system and training platform that equips hosts and managers with the tools, automations, and processes needed to scale efficiently. Michael’s work bridges the gap between hospitality and technology—bringing professional systems to help scale the next generation of short-term rental entrepreneurs.

Marc Ragasa is the Founder and CEO of Fission Management which partners with STR Secrets to provide World Class Virtual Assistants to help clients run their STR and hotel businesses as efficient and cost effective as possible. Marc was employee #3 at the Airbnb Call Center in the Philippines and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Marc’s company has helped place over 50 VA’s in the last 12 months.

JM Orbita is the Head of Administration at STR Secrets and the glue for everything that we do and provide for our clients.

With a diverse background in business management, marketing, and operations, Beth Cronin brings a wealth of experience to STR Secrets. Before joining the team, she spent 10 years as the owner of a successful yoga studio, where she honed her skills in leadership, organization, and wearing many hats to keep the business thriving. Outside of work, Beth continues to embrace a balanced approach to life, bringing the same mindfulness and adaptability to her professional role as she did in her entrepreneurial journey.
