Wil Slickers is the Founder of Hospitality.FM – A podcast network and production company that services industry professionals. From hosting a podcast, producing multi-media, and even making your own audiobook come to life, Wil and the HFM team are extremely passionate about using their platform to amplify the right voices in Hospitality.
Wil is also the Co-Founder and Chief Hospitality Officer of Recreation Rentals, while also serving as a podcast host and creator of The Destinationaire Awards & Industry Concept. He brings a fresh perspective to the tourism, hospitality, and service industries and lives by the principle of “Exceeding Expectations and Creating Destinations.”
In addition to running his network of podcasts, Wil advises other hospitality brands through his advisory company, Good Morning Startups, such as a Treehouse/Glamping company based in California, an AI company helping operators do more than just communicate with their guests, and many more.
Wil began his career working for a Marriott Autograph Collection with over 700 rooms, which was a 4 Diamond property. Later, he managed an all-suite hotel on the Oregon Coast before transitioning to full-time self-employment and entrepreneurship through his podcast(s) Slick Talk: The Hospitality Podcast & Good Morning Hospitality, which have done over 3M all-time downloads.
