He has advised and executed over $40 Billion in transaction value across 50+ deals. Michael was a Senior Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Jefferies. Prior to Jefferies, he was Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at BofA Merrill Lynch and Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Citigroup in New York.
